Responsibilities of a Customer Engagement Specialist:

As the Customer Engagement Specialist at Best Choice Roofing, you will be responsible for maintaining regular communication with our clients and key stakeholders ensuring they are informed about the process every step of the way. You will serve as a liasno between our company and our customers, resolving inquiries, providing support and addressing any concerns to enhance their overall experience.

• Proactively engaging with customers through various channels (phone, email, chat, etc.) to provide updates, gather feedback and address inquiries.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues and inquiries.
• Communicate with external stakeholders as necessary to keep project moving forward.
• Track customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products/servies based on customer needs and preferences.
• Design and implement a customer engagement schedule including best practices to continuously improve processes and services.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a customer facing role, preferably in customer service or sales
• Knowledge of roofing products, materials, and installation processes a plus
• Ability to multitask and priorities tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using CRM software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, competitive environment
